Roman Pompeii Collection: Containers

This pack includes the 9 most commonly found amphora shapes at the Pompeii archaeological site, as well as a wine barrel as they were constructed by the Romans for transport to and from the Alps. Also included is a fact sheet with information about what we know about the uses of each type of amphora so that you can place them appropriately in your scenes or games. All models based on archaeological data.

Barrel: 832 vertices

Amphora stand (incitega): 1344 verts

Amphorae: range from 2909 to 7881 depending on size and curves, but average about 5,600 verts each.

The original procedural terracotta clay texture for the amphorae, and the bark texture for the barrel hoops, are included in the .blend file if you'd like to tweak the UV mapping for other formats. The rough wood on the barrel staves and metal on the incitega are PBR materials. All four are included.
